1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use EMS. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person per account. Do not share credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits on the API.
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any data you enter into EMS (transactions, notes, files). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. AI Features
EMS offers AI-generated insights and chat. AI output is informational only and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output. We make no warranty as to accuracy.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Pricing & Tiers
EMS may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, features, and limits for paid tiers will be disclosed before you upgrade. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the EMS operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
